Rotations β
Rotations involve moving from one area of the map to another to achieve objectives, gain advantages, or apply pressure. Effective rotations can turn the tide of a game.
- Map Awareness: Keep an eye on the minimap and track enemy movements. Rotate when you see opportunities to assist your team, secure objectives, or avoid danger.
- Objective Priority: Rotate to secure key objectives like Dragon, Rift Herald, Baron, or towers. These objectives provide significant advantages and should be a priority for your team.
- Lane Assignments: Be aware of which lanes need assistance or where your presence can create pressure. For example, if the enemy bot lane recalls, you might rotate mid to push and pressure the mid turret.
- Timing: Rotate when your wave is pushed or when youβre about to lose turret plates. This ensures that youβre not losing too much farm or pressure while making the move.
- Help Winning Lanes: Rotate to lanes where your team is ahead to further snowball their advantage. This can lead to tower dives, securing towers, or denying the enemy farm and experience.
- Respond to Enemy Rotations: If the enemy team rotates to one side of the map, consider mirroring their rotation or applying pressure elsewhere. For example, if they send multiple members top, you might push for a Dragon or bot tower.
